Rosa Clará was entrusted with designing the wedding dresses that Mexican actress Maite Perroni wore when she said “I do” to Andrés Tovar at both her religious and civil ceremonies. The nuptials were held in Mexico on October 8 and 9, respectively.
For the religious ceremony, Maite Perroni chose an elegant princess wedding dress in lace with micro-beading that was meticulously hand-embroidered to give the fabric a powerful, elegant, and ethereal shine. Inspired by the Canar two-piece gown, the model featured a short jumpsuit with long sleeves in lace and embroidery and a voluminous skirt in tulle and organza with a slit that subtly revealed the short. The romantic dress stood out for its high collar, which paired perfectly with the open back. To complete this wedding look, the bride chose an exclusive three-and-a-half meter silk tulle veil.
In addition to the dress for the religious ceremony, Rosa Clará also designed the dress for the civil ceremony, where Maite Perroni turned heads with a modern, elegant haute couture dress inspired by the Bari design. For the special occasion, Rosa Clará designed a long-sleeve wedding dress with a straight cut in silk crepe, featuring a plain bodice and a square neckline. The dress flaunted an open back and a skirt with a sophisticated train for a delicate and elegant silhouette. The bride finished this wedding look with a long double cape that flowed delicately from the neckline at the back and down to the floor.
We hope that you like the designs as much as we do! From all of us at Rosa Clará, we wish the couple the very best!
